Maison du nombre

"Maison du nombre" is a building part of the City of Sciences in Esch-Belval.It hosts classrooms and offices for the professors the University of Mathematics and Computer courses. The specificity of this building is in its inclined wall that overhang a height of 24 m, for the big staircase.

The "L-shaped" building includes another one, the House of Arts and Students. The whole construction has been realized by the Society Tralux, who gave trust in Alphi for the formwork part. This construction required 1000 m2 shoring towers A120, 2 000 m2 of formwork TopDalle and 2000 m2 of formwork MaxiDalle which allows high installation rates. In the end, it is 21 000 m2 slabs that were made with Alphi products.
